Colleen’s passion in her Pilates work is to create excellent movement experiences for all clients, so they can be the best version of themselves!
Colleen is a former high school cross country runner, Colleen suffered injuries which forced her to find Pilates as a way to rehabilitate. What Colleen found with Pilates was even more – improved alignment, a better balanced body and most importantly she was able to continue running.
A move to Scotland from the US, a degree in Mandarin and a few years later, Colleen further developed her love for Pilates when pregnant with her first son, and on the post-partum journey. She has been hooked ever since!
Colleen uses the mat as well as the studio equipment and is driven to help her clients access a greater range of motion and pursue goals within their own bodies. Colleen is qualified with the internationally renowned Polestar Pilates and has undertaken workshops on pre and post natal Pilates as well as Pilates for seniors.
Colleen is available for her quality one to one sessions on a Wednesday and Saturday.
