I specialise in help with those everyday aches and pains often caused by features of modern life. My goal is to help you break that cycle of pain where the same problem keeps recurring and requiring treatment. You might have a recurring back problem, knee pain or shoulder and neck niggles.
In your one to one Pilates coaching sessions, we’ll look at the everyday movements and activities that you do. I’ll help you to understand how the way that you do these activities are contributing to your aches and pains. We’ll look at how you sit, how you stand and how you move. And, by breaking things down, I’ll help you to change.
This approach is unique because I coach you to identify the root cause of your pain and the best way to treat it. By empowering you, and helping you to think more positively about your body, I’ll help you to achieve more than you thought possible.
