In the Studio, you will required to follow these guidelines [studio-pilates-customer-covid-guidelines-september-2020] in order to minimise the risk of you, other clients and our therapists from spreading Covid-19.
We specialise in help with those everyday aches and pains often caused by stress and modern life. Our goal is to help you break that cycle of pain where the same problem keeps recurring and requiring treatment. You might have a recurring back problem, knee pain or shoulder and neck niggles.
In your one to one Pilates coaching sessions, we’ll look at the everyday movements and activities that you do. We’ll help you to understand how the way that you do these activities are contributing to your aches and pains. We’ll look at how you breathe, how you sit, how you stand and how you move. And, by breaking things down, we’ll help you to change.
This approach is unique because we coach you to identify the cause of your pain and the best way to treat it. By empowering you, and helping you to think more positively about your body, we’ll help you to change in the long term and achieve more than you thought possible.

With a 45 minute Movement MOT, you can relax, ask questions and find out what your body needs.
- Online via the Zoom tool – you will need a camera and a microphone on your computer, tablet or phone.
