In the Studio, you will required to follow these guidelines [studio-pilates-customer-covid-guidelines-september-2020] in order to minimise the risk of you, other clients and our therapists from spreading Covid-19.

We specialise in help with those everyday aches and pains often caused by features of modern life. Our goal is to help you break that cycle of pain where the same problem keeps recurring and requiring treatment. You might have a recurring back problem, knee pain or shoulder and neck niggles.

In your one to one Pilates coaching sessions, we’ll look at the everyday movements and activities that you do. We’ll help you to understand how the way that you do these activities are contributing to your aches and pains. We’ll look at how you sit, how you stand and how you move. And, by breaking things down, we’ll help you to change.

This approach is unique because we coach you to identify the root cause of your pain and the best way to treat it. By empowering you, and helping you to think more positively about your body, we’ll help you to achieve more than you thought possible.

Online Pilates One to One coaching is available at the times below.

  • Monday 11am to 5pm
  • Tuesday 9am to 5pm
  • Wednesday 9am to 5pm (evening by arrangement)
  • Thursday 11am to 5pm
  • Friday 9am to 5pm
  • Saturday 10am to 2pm


  • Online via the Zoom tool – you will need a camera and a microphone on your computer, tablet or phone.

Booking and Prices

  • Online Movement MOT for new and returning clients (30 to 45 minutes) – £25 [All MOTs will be Online at this current time]
  • Online Pilates One to One (55 mins) – £50, but let us know if this is not affordable for you at this time
  • In Studio Pilates One to One (50 mins) – £55
