One to one Pilates coaching with us helps you to self manage to stay out of pain

Come to our fully equipped Pilates studio to use the Reformer and other Pilates Equipment.

We specialise in helping with everyday stiffness and aches and pains often caused by stress and modern life. Our goal is to help you break that cycle of pain where the same problem keeps recurring and requiring treatment. You might have a recurring back problem, knee pain or shoulder and neck niggles or decreased mobility as a result of an injury or ageing.

In your one to one Pilates coaching sessions, we’ll look at the everyday movements and activities that you do. We’ll help you to understand how the way that you do these activities are contributing to your aches and pains. We’ll look at how you breathe, how you sit, how you stand and how you move. And, by breaking things down, we’ll help you to trust your body again and change things.

This approach is unique because we coach you to identify the cause of your pain and the best way to treat it. By empowering you, and helping you to think more positively about your body, we’ll help you to change in the long term and achieve more than you thought possible.

Using the Pilates Reformer and other Pilates Equipment, it’s Pilates coaching for modern life, enabling you to live free of pain and reach your full physical potential.

  • Movement MOT for new clients (50 mins) – £65
  • In Studio Pilates One to One (50 mins)- £65
  • Packages (valid with one teacher for 6 months)
    • 5 sessions of 50 minutes – £308
    • 10 sessions of 50 minutes – £585
