These Pilates Studio Classes are a relaxing addition to your movement schedule. You work at your own pace on the lovely studio equipment (the original form of Pilates) under the expert guidance of Maureen Evans, and you leave feeling empowered, lighter and more in control.

With no more than 4 people in the class at once, you’ll have the chance to keep learning and moving in order to prevent recurrence of those aches and pains.

After working with us to develop a programme, you’ll be made a studio class member and can join any of the classes on a week by week basis.

The studio offers a wide range of Pilates equipment. Featuring a system of pulleys and springs, handles and straps, the apparatus can provide either resistance or support, depending on your needs. I can also show you a range of Pilates movements you can do on a mat, at the bus  stop, while you are waiting for the photocopier or even in the car.
