PILATES STUDIO CLASSES
Stiff, sore and achy? Looking for a gentle but effective form of exercise? Want to feel stronger and refreshed? You need Pilates.
These Pilates Studio Class semi-private groups allow you to work at your own pace on the studio equipment (the original form of Pilates) helping to rid you of aches and pains and leave you feeling stronger, healthier and more in control.
There are no more than 4 people in the Pilates Studio Class.

- So that you’re safe on the equipment and understand the principles behind good movement, the Complete Movement way, you might want some individual Pilates Coaching sessions before joining the Studio Class. The first step for this is to book a a Movement MOT.

The studio offers a wide range of Pilates equipment. Featuring a system of pulleys and springs, handles and straps, the apparatus can provide either resistance or support, depending on your needs. I can also show you a range of Pilates movements you can do on a mat, at the bus stop, while you are waiting for the photocopier or even in the car.

You’ll share relevant health and fitness history and show us how you move. At the end of the session, we’ll discuss options on next steps. Includes:
an appointment lasting approximately 50 minutes
a movement assessment (please wear suitable clothes)
guidance on the right next steps for you
