Our Massage and Hands-On Therapy at Complete Movement help to relieve you of pain and stiffness, allowing you to live pain-free feeling stronger and healthier.
Our therapists are some of the best in the business. They will listen to your needs and work with you to allow you to discover a new, more comfortable way of moving.
Our Massage therapists expertly work on your muscles and our CranioSacral therapist uses really light touch across the whole body to create more space in your joints and connective tissue and release stress and emotional trauma.
Pilates Coaching one to ones and other therapies take place at the Complete Movement Studio in the historic market town of Haddington outside of Edinburgh, with Pilates Coaching also available by Skype. The Studio is calm and modern giving you the space and time to devote to yourself.
