OUR PILATES APPROACH
Our Pilates coaching is different. You might describe it as “more than Pilates”, you might describe it as “Mindfulness for the body.”
You’ll get something out of it whether you practice Pilates, Yoga, Thai Chi, Running or whether you just practice sitting at your desk all day.
It’s about making you the best that you can be and relieving you of pain and stiffness.
Many people call themselves coaches, but actually they teach or they tell. Coaching is “unlocking people’s ability to optimise their own potential”.
Because we coach you, we don’t show you what to do, but give you the knowledge to identify sources of pain yourself giving you a much more lasting change.
This means that, in only a small number of sessions, you’ll get an understanding of your body that you never thought possible.
