Movement is personal. How you move is shaped by the makeup of your body, your lifestyle and your past. Those everyday aches and pains we feel are caused by unconsciously moving in an awkward way that causes pain to our body.

Pilates, named after Joseph Pilates, is a form of strength and flexibility training that can be enjoyed by someone at any level of fitness.
A series of non-impact movements, Pilates enables you to develop your strength, balance, posture and inner awareness, thereby transforming the way you feel and move.
Another unique aspect of the Pilates Coaching I offer is improving your understanding of how your body moves and works, thereby giving you the knowledge to change how you move and live today, and reach your full potential.
A key part of my service is to share details of your anatomy and how pain works. I aim to give you the knowledge you need to take care of your body and prevent future injury and pain.
My one to one Pilates coaching gives you the ability to ask questions, relax, learn and make the greatest change. Pilates studio and mat classes allow you to continue your learning and to just enjoy moving through a regular practice.
