Alan teaches our weekly Yin Yoga sessions. He has been in the yoga , fitness and wellness business for over 20 years and works full time in the corporate world. This gives him a true appreciation and understanding of the importance of self care and balance needed in today’s pace of life.   


With over 20 years of teaching and leading group classes from Spinning to Yin Yoga and Meditative and Nidra style Yoga,  Alan was trained and qualified as a Yoga teacher with Claire Gates- Sjoblom, a Finnish yoga master, and has a warm , inclusive and attentive compassionate style that will put you at ease and feel supported throughout the practice.
