You can work with our massage therapist alone or invest in yourself and combine it with some Pilates coaching sessions. Our service is so effective that many clients say that they feel 10 years younger after starting on a combined series of Pilates and Massage sessions.

Why your body loves massage

Often, we see massage as a treat, something you don’t actually need but simply enjoy. Massage is great for your body and relieving you of those everyday aches and pains. It also helps prevent future injuries and pain.

A great deal of the tension you feel in your body and particularly your shoulders is caused by stress. Stress can also affect your heart and your blood pressure. Working out muscle tension during a massage makes chronic pain, as well as acute or short-term stress, much easier to overcome.

Many of us suffer from bad posture. A good massage loosens muscles and joints to reinforce the body’s natural movements.

Increase your circulation
Muscle tension constricts your circulation. Massage helps release those tense and tightened muscles to increase blood flow.
