Our Online Pilates One to One coaching is a customised service. Relieving you of those daily aches and pains, our personal Online Pilates will leave you feeling stronger, healthier and in control of your body.
We specialise in helping you with those everyday aches and pains often caused by stress or features of modern life. Whether you are active the rest of the time, sitting for long periods of time, is bad for your health in general and is associated with lower back pain. And, the term text neck is used to define the type of neck pain and shoulder pain resulting from using both mobile devices and desktop computers.
As well as the standard exercises for lower back pain and Pilates moves, we share movements that you can build into your everyday life to help you change. By working with you Online, we get an even closer look at what you are doing and you will be able to better incorporate these movements into your routine.
This approach is unique because we coach you to identify the root cause of your pain or movement problem and the best way to treat it. By empowering you, and helping you to think more positively about your body, we’ll help you to achieve more than you thought possible. In so doing, we provide a lasting legacy.

- Online Pilates One to One with Maureen (up to 1hr 15 mins)
